Responsibilities

Lead all phases of hospitality TI projects from preconstruction through project closeout

Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors

Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and consultants

Oversee procurement of long-lead items and specialty finishes

Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contract documents

Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Track project costs and prepare accurate forecasts and reports

Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Ensure compliance with local building codes and jurisdictional requirements

Mentor junior project managers and project engineers as needed
