Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop two direct reports
Conduct training needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps and capability requirements
Lead the design, development, and enhancement of learning programs, training materials, e-learning modules, and job-specific curricula
Facilitating training sessions, whether through workshops, seminars, online courses, or other formats, to deliver the content to employees
Oversee LMS configuration, content updating, reporting, user experience, and system optimization
Measure training effectiveness with assessments, evaluations, performance metrics, and ROI analysis
Build strong partnerships with department leaders, SMEs, and HR Business Partners to align learning programs with strategic objectives
Managing the budget allocated for training initiatives, including expenses related to materials, instructors, and technology

Required

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in training and development, human resources management, organizational development, or business administration
Minimum of two years leading direct reports
Minimum of six years of experience assessing training needs, translating job requirements into training requirements, planning and coordinating personnel training, and developing instructional materials
Minimum four years of experience working in Instructional Design and/or e-Learning Development
Maintain high integrity and confidentiality of company and department information
Able to write and speak clearly and succinctly in various communication settings and styles
Strong proficiency in active listening, clear communication, training, and coaching
Ability to develop training programs from inception
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all organizational levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Possess intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Retrieval and Interpretation of Documents
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and techniques
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
