Responsibilities
Completing extensive hands-on training in the yard, gaining experience in material flow, safety protocols, and metal recycling logistics
Supporting account managers with client relationships, pricing strategies, and account performance analysis
Learning negotiation techniques and understanding market dynamics to prepare for managing your own client portfolio
Collaborating with operations teams to ensure service excellence and deliver effective solutions
Transitioning to a full Account Manager after successful training, managing clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth
Assisting with reporting and data analysis to monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to work in both office and yard environments during training
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the business end-to-end
