Responsibilities

Conduct business process analysis (BPA)

Configure AiM and ReADY systems based on client needs

Capture and document custom interface requirements

Support data mapping, migration, and validation

Perform system testing and quality assurance

Deliver initial and end-user training on AssetWorks software

Create training materials and standard operating procedures

Assist with go-live planning and execution

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

Qualification

Required

Familiarity with relational databases and data migration processes

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word

Basic understanding of MS Project and Visio

Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5 years of experience implementing or using AssetWorks AiM, Go, or ReADY software

Experience working with facilities management in higher education or public sector environments

This role requires travel of approximately 10% to 50%, depending on project needs

Preferred

Basic knowledge of JavaScript (preferred for ReADY product implementation)
