Information Technology Support Specialist
The Phoenix Group is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for various IT systems. The role involves managing user support requests, configuring devices, and maintaining documentation while ensuring effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support for workstations, printers, phones, and software, with a strong focus on Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace
Install, configure, image, and maintain PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
Support and manage mobile devices via Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, policies, and troubleshooting
Administer users, groups, and licenses through the Azure Portal and Office 365 Admin Center
Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks, user management, and system maintenance
Assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, login issues, and password resets
Manage A/V tools and provide in-room and virtual meeting support for Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, access changes, and deactivation
Work within a ticketing system to track, prioritize, and resolve support requests
Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and customer service skills while supporting end users in a fast-paced environment
Work independently, multitask effectively, and collaborate with team members as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and follow IT processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong experience supporting Windows environments and Office 365 at an enterprise level
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (iOS/Android)
Working knowledge of the Azure Portal, including user and device administration
PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administrative support
Experience working with an IT ticketing system
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
