Responsibilities
Travel to client sites using a personal vehicle
Maintain clear and accurate communication and documentation
Provide professional, customer-facing technical support
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software as needed
Support and maintain user accounts, security permissions, and system access
Identify, analyze, and resolve product failures
Order and replace parts when required
Train end users on systems and equipment
Recommend products or services that best meet customer needs
Qualification
Required
Drug test and background screening
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle-MVR
Excellent customer service skills, even under pressure
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred
Experience with printer maintenance or POS systems
A+ or Lexmark certification (preferred, not required)
A+ certification required within 6 months of conversion
