Inside Sales Associate-Remote (Start Date: 2/2/26)
Mindr, through its brand Intoxalock, is dedicated to providing substance use safety and monitoring products. The Inside Sales Associate will engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, addressing their needs and upselling products while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
In-bound and some out-bound calls to and from prospective customers (B2C) who need our product
No cold calling
Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns
Communicate pricing and collect the initial lease payment
Upsell additional products that serve the customers’ unique needs
Follow-up with customers in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals
Ability to really listen to customers and understand their needs
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Attention to detail and strong follow through
Comfort with using all Microsoft Office programs
A 30 WPM minimum typing ability
Must reside in the United States
Preferred
Remote work experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or GED preferred
1 or more years of experience with in-bound sales, or a commission-based retail sales position
