As the first point of contact for customers entering our dealership, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance
Direct customers to the appropriate sales representatives and departments
Stocking the customer snacks and beverages
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
Assist with clerical tasks as needed and support the sales team
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience
Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexible availability, including Saturdays as needed
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
