Omnichannel Operations Coordinator
Core Home is seeking an Omnichannel Operations Coordinator to support their growing portfolio of consumer brands across direct-to-consumer and retail channels. This role involves managing product setup, inventory coordination, and facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure smooth operations across various teams.

Responsibilities
Manage Shopify product listings across multiple DTC storefronts, including new product uploads, updates, variants, imagery, tags, and optimizations
Ensure accuracy across product data, pricing, descriptions, inventory feeds, shipping settings, collections, and cross-sells to minimize customer confusion and CX issues
Coordinate product launches by aligning timelines, assets, and site updates across marketing and ecommerce teams
Act as an escalation point for CX-related product issues, including incorrect listings, missing SKUs, or availability discrepancies
Monitor inventory levels across brands and SKUs, proactively identifying low-stock risks
Coordinate inventory transfers and work orders with operations and warehouse partners, ensuring products are ecommerce-ready
Support factory reorders by confirming quantities, timelines, and buffer inventory for customer replacements
Track replenishment progress and communicate expected arrival timelines to internal teams
Verify inventory accuracy between warehouse systems and Shopify to prevent overselling or stockouts
Serve as a central liaison between Marketing, Ecommerce, CX, Operations, and Product Development teams
Support CX by maintaining accurate product information for customer inquiries
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure sufficient samples are available for PR, influencer, and marketing initiatives
Partner with web development to review and maintain product page accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency
Collaborate with Product Development to ensure appropriate replacement inventory is planned for large production runs
Improve internal workflows to enhance efficiency, communication, and execution across teams
Maintain clear documentation for product updates, inventory status, and operational processes
Analyze sales performance, inventory health, and SKU trends to identify risks and support strategic planning
Assist with operational setup for future brand launches, new product categories, and additional DTC sites
Qualification
Required
2-4 years previous experience with Shopify and inventory/fulfillment systems
Previous experience with orderdesk and ERP systems
Experience with Gorgias a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in ecommerce operations, inventory management, or product coordination
Comfort working cross-functionally with multiple teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator who enjoys building scalable, efficient processes
