Cricut is a company that makes smart cutting machines and supports creativity in crafting. They are seeking a Temp Lab Technician to assist engineers with data collection and analysis, ensuring safe practices and valid results in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

Autonomously perform technical work to support engineers developing materials for use in Cricut’s machine ecosystems

Prepare test specimens, set up equipment, and perform testing or analysis following standard test procedures to assure safe practice and valid results

Collect data utilizing various measurement devices such as scales, calipers, and universal test machines

Perform calculations as necessary

Prepare reports of test data and results in accordance with specified procedures

Maintain files, logs, and records of past experiments and/or tests for future references

Maintain a clean, safe working environment, ensuring lab equipment is in acceptable order using 5S processes

Role is 100% in-person, not eligible for hybrid or remote work
