Responsibilities

Lead the collection, processing, analyzing, and interpretation of data to help provide strategic leadership and positively influence effective business strategies
Responsible for driving effective operational scorecard reviews (L3) with functional Operation Analysts
Responsible for generating and representing operational scorecards in executive operational reviews (L2)
PMO Lead – lead Systems Planning AOP and Executive-sponsored programs
Functional lead for 8Ds
Establish and sustain BKMs for analytic standards and compliance
Develop the Operations Analyst team into next-generation leaders

Qualification

Advanced analytical skillsMicrosoft Power BISupply Chain ManagementOperations ManagementData interpretationCommunication skillsCross-functional team leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8 years of related experience, Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders
Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, global working environment
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and other analytics tools
