Responsibilities

Follow the utility/process plant operators and become familiar with the unit operators' daily tasks and job requirement
Perform water test
Troubleshoot process upsets/problems with the unit operator
Trace piping drawings and read through documentation about process equipment

Required

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
Available to begin work in May 2026
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must be willing to follow rotational shift schedule
Requires valid H2S alive ticket
Enrolled in the first year of a Power Engineering Diploma Program at an accredited post-secondary institution and planning to resume full-time studies after the work term to achieve diploma and 3rd class certification
Completed coursework but requires 3rd class steam time to complete the full certification
