Responsibilities
Coordinate work schedules, material deliveries, and ensure adherence to project timelines
Supervise and support all structural steel and concrete work in the field
Prepare work packages, field change documents, and as-built records
Perform field inspections, quantity take-offs, and progress forecasting
Resolve design and constructability issues with engineering teams
Review vendor drawings, support procurement, and ensure timely material delivery
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred; equivalent experience accepted
6–8 years of civil/structural field engineering experience
Experience with steel and concrete construction, preferably on Bechtel projects
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in interpreting drawings, specifications, and using Microsoft Office
Preferred
Familiarity with Bechtel tools (e.g., ACONEX, TEAMWorks, eSub) is an asset
