Responsibilities

Help customers make a smooth conversion to the Reynolds and Reynolds system and provide training and customer support throughout the process

Travel, with overnight hotel stays, approximately 80% of the time

Travel both individually and with a team installing and converting our software for customers

Meet with dealership management to understand the needs for each dealership

Customize the system and train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution

Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office

Required

Must be willing to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 5 nights per week (every week)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Outgoing, friendly personality

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
