2026 NextGen Summer Internship - Investments - Los Angeles
Hudson Pacific Properties is a real estate company focused on innovation in media and tech. They are seeking an Investments Intern to join their team for a 10-week paid internship, where the intern will support day-to-day operations, conduct research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain valuable experience in the investments sector.

Responsibilities
Support the Investments team with day-to-day operations and assist with ongoing departmental projects
Conduct research, organize data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the department in staying current with market transactions and real estate trends, and the underwriting process
Learn how to use excel and argus to build cash flow projections used in property valuation
The intern will create an Investment Committee Memo with a full underwriting model as a final project
Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance department goals
Complete a final Summer Showcase presentation outlining what you’ve learned and worked on during your internship and present to fellow interns and team members
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Applicants must have recently completed (within the last 2 years) or be currently enrolled in an applicable college-level or trade school program

Preferred
Understanding or experience with real estate underwriting
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of the real estate industry and concepts
