Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites
Install FormFactor probe systems and accessories, including final system acceptance according to defined protocols
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, providing support via telephone, email, and on-site visits
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure high-quality service
Complete work orders and service calls in a timely manner, adhering to FormFactor standards
Participate regularly in training and certification activities to maintain technical proficiency
Conduct technical training and instruction for FormFactor Field Service Engineers and end-users
Manage and resolve technical escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Engineering, Product Management, etc.) to support ongoing product improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work
