Responsibilities
Review purchase orders and customer specifications to ensure requirements can be met prior to order release
Evaluate products for compliance with customer and internal specifications
Create inspection test plans and first article inspection reports for product release
Recommend process improvements based on quality data, inspections, and analysis
Support AS9100-compliant documentation systems, including equipment calibration and lab maintenance
Assist with internal, customer, and regulatory audits (AS9100, ISO14001, RC14001)
Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Provide quality documentation for onsite customer source inspections
Support supplier quality management and production performance improvements using SPC techniques
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Ability to work independently with guidance, without constant supervision
Strong attention to detail and self-starter mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet quality objectives
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional team environments
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Familiar with MS office and Excel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of equivalent training and/or experience preferred
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO, Lean, Six Sigma etc.) preferred
