Small Cap Equity Investment Analyst

Responsibilities
Complete deep, independent fundamental analysis of companies, including the assessment of overall company quality (competitive positioning, management, etc.) and financial statement analysis to make investment recommendations
Contribute stock recommendations for inclusion in our small-cap portfolios
Qualification
Required
Intelligence, motivation, and a high degree of personal integrity
Passionate about markets
Willingness to travel to visit companies on site and at conferences
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly
Demonstrated ability to model earnings and cash flow
2-5+ years of experience investing in small-cap and mid-cap financial companies
Bachelor's degree; CFA designation and/or MBA preferred
Preferred
