Strong experience administering Apache Kafka in production

Hands-on knowledge of Kafka architecture (brokers, producers, consumers, topics)

Experience with ZooKeeper / KRaft mode

Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Confluent Control Center, or similar)

Basic scripting skills (Shell, Python)

Understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems concepts
