Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of data governance policies and procedures, utilizing MS Purview for hands-on configuration and implementation
Oversee data integration and cleansing processes to ensure data quality and usability
Manage the operational aspects of M365 services, ensuring efficiency and reliability
Lead the implementation and integration of M365 Copilot and other GenAI tools into collaboration workflows
Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Provide technical guidance and support to the data analysis and engineering team
Collaborate with other service areas to ensure alignment and integration of data initiatives
Create and maintain Service Desk KDs
Hands on implementation of GenAI tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields, with a focus on communications and collaboration
Experience implementing data governance policies and procedures within the M365 ecosystem
Strong knowledge of MS Purview and its configuration
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Project management experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with M365 administration
