Retention Specialist
EverLife is a firm that assists Final Expense and Medicare beneficiaries in comparing and enrolling in various plans. The Retention Specialist will be responsible for engaging with Medicare beneficiaries to address their needs and ensure their satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities
Using our CRM and dialer, make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries that are "at risk" or have questions regarding their Medicare benefits
Perform benefit comparisons and assist our current clients with enrollments into plans and products that are most suitable via our provided enrollment tool
Qualification
Required
Possess a valid health/life/accident insurance license
Minimum 90 days Medicare sales required
Possess a valid driver's license and a source of reliable transportation
Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales
Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in maintaining client relationships
Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and technology and computer proficiency including call center and CRM experience
Ability to Commute: Lehi, UT 84043 (Required)
