Mid, Senior LevelEPMA is supporting a Civil Engineering firm in their search for an IT Process & Project Manager. The role involves managing a portfolio of IT projects across infrastructure, security, and operations, while also optimizing IT operational processes and improving workflows.

Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the IT project portfolio across infrastructure, security, and operations
Plan and deliver 5–7 concurrent IT projects using hybrid Agile/Waterfall
Coordinate IT Steering Committee meetings and executive reporting
Define, document, and optimize IT operational processes
Identify automation and technology improvements for IT workflows
Produce clear, one-page stop-light project and portfolio status reports
Qualification
Required
Strong IT Project Management experience in infrastructure/operations environments
Working knowledge of VMWare, Citrix, Windows Server, storage, networking, and backups
Ability to 'speak infrastructure' (networking, storage, SQL, OS, MDM) at a high level
Experience with executive and cross-department stakeholder communication
Comfort managing priorities, resources, and dependencies in a small IT shop
