Responsibilities

Support Transformation Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the design and implementation of Financial Services transformation use cases aligned with client goals and industry trends

Deliver Projects: Collaborate on AI and data transformation initiatives, ensuring quality execution and measurable impact

Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand business needs and help shape tailored solutions

Team Contribution: Work closely with managers and senior leaders, contributing to project planning, analysis, and delivery

Internal Contribution : Work with our Financial Services team to drive value internally through business development, people development, or other means

Stay Current: Keep up with the latest in generative AI and financial services to inform your work and client recommendations

Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need

Required

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering; a Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

5+ years of experience in the financial services industry of which at least recent 3+ years were spent in strategy/management consulting (either through work with a consulting firm, or in internal projects), ideally with a track record in one or several of the following fields: Operating Model Redesign, Business transformation (lean management, re-engineering), Project Management, Finance and/or Product Control

Must possess experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization

Exposure to transformation strategy, or digital transformation projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate ideas clearly - visually and verbally

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Passion for innovation and emerging technologies
