Product Analyst

Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, convert them into technical specifications for engineering teams
Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and feature prioritization
Participate in user acceptance testing and coordinate end-user demos
Track product performance and help implement improvements
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers for timely feature delivery
Work with client facing teams to resolve operational issues and support product onboarding
Facilitate communication between global and regional teams for consistent rollout
Analyze product data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with corporate and audit standards
Support KPI reporting and visualization for product performance
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field
Experience in product management and lifecycle management
Background in fintech, payments, or enterprise products
Familiarity with Payment Network systems or issuer card processing
Collaboration with engineering and design teams
Translates user needs into technical requirements
Knowledge of compliance, audit controls, and Agile tools. Jira, Confluence
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization. SQL a plus
Understanding of APIs, data structures, digital payments, and UX principles
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about technology and global markets
Team player, adaptable, and committed to excellent outcomes
