Get hands-on with credit underwriting, assembling loan packages, learning the art of structuring deals, and ensuring every step aligns with our commitment to compliance and member success
Experience 'the art of the deal' from start to finish, mapping out the journey of a business loan, collaborating across teams, and spotting opportunities to make our lending process even better
Fuel your growth by researching hot topics in commercial lending, contributing ideas to enhance our policies and procedures, and soaking up knowledge in team meetings, trainings, and workshops
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate level)
