Responsibilities

Review construction plans and specifications and generate material quotations from our complete line of HVAC equipment

Select and price HVAC products using manufacturer pricing software and data

Cross-reference alternate products when not basis of design

Collaborate with Outside Sales Engineers to create strategic project bids

Distribute quotations to contractors in a timely and professional manner

Provide outstanding support to internal sales teams and external customers

Communicate with factory representatives and customers to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive estimates

Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple deadlines

Required

Technical aptitude and interest in HVAC systems
