Responsibilities

Center underwriters are responsible for balancing renewal retention goal and rate goals and managing cross sell routines

Technical underwriting expertise in the risk selection, pricing, administration and account management of the Umbrella and Excess book of business

Profitably writing and balancing a territorial book of business

Identifying appropriate opportunities consistent with risk appetite

Creating, driving and executing strategies for new and renewal accounts

Effectively providing excellent account management service of an assigned territory through strategic planning and operational excellence. Has the ability to tailor a service plan for each client based on their individual needs

Positively impacting and influencing final account pricing and terms

Driving accountability personally and with our business partners
