Responsibilities
Collaborate within a team environment and benefit from mentorship opportunities
Assist in configuring firmware for various hardware components like robots, conveyors, servers, and scanners
Collaborate in software testing during project implementation and support
Offer ongoing support and maintenance to our robotics systems during and post-deployment to ensure seamless operations of HAI products
Test the fully integrated HAIQ-Warehouse Management System with customers or vendor sub-systems
Conduct site inspections and evaluations, overseeing grid line marking and floor DM code adherence
Ability to perform basic DevOps operations
You will be required to pass HAI's FAE certification
Qualification
Required
At least an associate's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electrical Engineering OR equivalent experience or technical training
Entry-level exposure or knowledge in supporting AGV, ACR, or AMR solution implementations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Basic understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and routers
Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset
Must be willing to live in at the location of the assigned project for the life of the contract
Travel is 5 to 10% of your time for training or other support opportunities
You will be required to pass HAI's FAE certification
Preferred
Some knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS integration and PLC, but not required
Preferred experience in warehouse automation, material handling equipment, and warehouse operations
Familiarity with Linux/UNIX, SQL, and scripting for task automation
Proficiency in Chinese (advantageous but not mandatory)
Basic understanding or knowledge of DevOps philosophies
