Ticketing Supervisor
AXS connects fans with the artists and teams they love, selling millions of tickets annually for various events. The Ticketing Supervisor will manage event configurations in the AXS ticketing system and provide on-site ticketing services for City of Denver venues, ensuring high-quality service and support for promoters and event organizers.

Responsibilities
Configure events and promotions for the various events at the City of Denver Venues in the AXS ticketing system
Track and report all event configurations, schedules, cash deposits, and promoter interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service and coordination
Work with event promoters to develop a deep understanding of each event and its unique challenges
Assist staff, customers, and promoters in resolving complex issues and problems related to reservations and ticketing
Supervise staff and ensure the quality of work meets the standard; encourage and motivate staff to achieve positive contributions
Create staff schedules to optimize the allocation of personnel resources on a weekly basis, ensuring efficient and effective utilization
Keep staff updated with relevant system and event information on event days to ensure they are well-prepared to assist customers
Professionally manage customer needs and requests
Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical support Issues
Develop expertise on all products/services, remaining current with all new releases
Strategically push business initiatives to each promoter as they interact and build events (Resale, AXS Premium)
Qualification
Required
BA/BS Degree (4-year) in business related field
2-4 years of live event ticketing and event programming experience
Customer service experience
Box office experience
Working knowledge of planning, delivering, and supporting ticketing and reservation services, ensuring smooth event operations
Working knowledge of business intelligence
Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong digital literacy skills, including familiarity with ticketing and reservation systems and related software
Adept at maintaining a growth mindset, showing agility in adapting to evolving industry practices and technology
Effective communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated working knowledge of fostering collaboration and effective teamwork among staff members and with event promoters
Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to lead/supervise a team
