Assisting in the implementation, modification, and troubleshooting of Sweetwater's computer systems that provides service to over 3,000 end-points and 2,500 users
Qualification
Required
Must be current Junior/Senior to apply
Preferred
Experience with personal computer troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
Experience with Linux/Windows Server Systems
Working knowledge of Python/Bash
Basic skills with MacOS and iOS device management and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of IP networking
Familiar with vLans and wireless networks
