Optomi, in partnership with a large Medical Network, is seeking an Epic Research Billing Analyst for a fully remote opportunity. This role involves building billing components and maintaining interfaces to ensure accurate charge application, while collaborating with the Epic billing team on various tasks.

Responsibilities

Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical, administrative, financial and operational workflows

Analyzes clinical, administrative, financial or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate

May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures

Supports clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users

Assists with onboarding and training as needed

Epic Certification in Research BillingBuilding billing componentsConfiguration ManagementTechnical AnalysisClinical ExperienceProblem ManagementTestingProduct KnowledgeAmbulatory Experience

Required

Certified in Epic Research Billing! (Must-Have)

Experience building billing components and conducting ongoing maintenance

Configuration Management and Planning, Technical Analysis, Testing, Product Knowledge, and Problem Management Experience

Preferred

Clinical Experience is a very strong Nice-to-Have

Any experience with Ambulatory is a strong Nice-to-Have
