National Roofing Project Director

Responsibilities

Business development /Marketing
Assist in business development efforts to market services
Site assessment & project scoping (Xactimate/Symbility)
Assesses on-sight damage and help establish a customized scope and timeline for repair work
Client interaction & needs interpretation
Interpret the client’s needs, communicate them to operations staff, and help ensure clients’ expectations are understood and met
Project setup & start-up
Pre-con meeting
Ongoing support & issue resolution
Change orders and supplements, all insurance adjusters, construction consultants, and engineer meetings
Safety, compliance & meeting
Participate in toolbox talks, ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols in the field, and ensure safe operations
Administrative tasks & documentation
Maintain project documentation, correspondence, scope documents, change orders, and other necessary paperwork
Facilitate collections on projects

Qualification

XactimateRoofing project coordinationCommercial roofing systemsEstimating toolsOSHA certificationBusiness developmentOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

3+ years of experience in roofing or construction project coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Xactimate and other construction/roofing estimating tools
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems preferred

Preferred

National or multi-site project experience
Familiarity with estimating and cost controls
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
