Client Success Associate
FreeCast is a company focused on consolidating streaming services into a single platform. They are seeking a Client Success Associate to manage client relationships, ensure successful integration into their SmartGuide® platform, and provide ongoing support to maximize engagement.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all technical and account requirements are met to get them 'live' on the SmartGuide® platform
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, building long-term rapport and conducting regular 'health checks' to ensure satisfaction
Manage the Jira CRM system to track the client journey from the point of contact through successful implementation and ongoing maintenance
Develop and deliver training materials, walkthroughs, and documentation to help clients navigate our aggregate platform effectively
Monitor client engagement metrics and platform usage data. Utilize these insights to suggest platform improvements and identify accounts at risk of churn
Work closely with the Sales, Tech, and Creative teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into FreeCast’s product roadmap
Generate regular reports for senior management regarding onboarding timelines, client satisfaction scores (CSAT), and retention outcomes
Act as a first-tier escalation point for client concerns, troubleshooting account issues with a responsive and 'willing-to-help' attitude
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in Client Relations, Customer Success, Account Management, or Onboarding (preferably in Tech or Media)
Experience using Jira CRM or similar project management/CRM tools
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; must be proficient in English, grammar, and spelling
Ability to interpret client usage data and provide actionable recommendations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and onboarding schedules simultaneously
A results-oriented, 'client-first' mentality with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing streaming market
Must have reliable transportation and be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be located within driving distance and willing to commute daily to the Orlando, FL office
Preferred
Familiarity with Seamless AI or data research tools is a plus
