GTM Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

Onboard New BDRs: Deliver in-person and virtual onboarding programs to ramp new hires quickly and confidently
Continuous Enablement: Design and deliver ongoing training to upskill BDRs on messaging, tools, objection handling, and prospecting strategy
Sequence & Messaging Optimization: Analyze performance data and collaborate with ops, marketing, and enablement teams to optimize outbound cadences and email/voice/social messaging
Field Coaching & Support: Partner with SDR Managers to identify skill gaps, deliver tactical coaching, and ensure reps are applying best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Enablement, Business Operations, and Product teams to ensure the Sales Development organization has the tools, knowledge, and content needed to be successful
Regional Expertise: Stay close to the field — surfacing regional insights, scaling successful experiments, and sharing voice-of-the-BDR feedback to improve programs

Qualification

Required

2–4+ years in Sales Development, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
Current or former BDR at Zendesk (a plus!) or equivalent experience in a fast-paced sales team
Deep understanding of outbound prospecting tactics and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo)
Proven ability to coach others, lead trainings, and explain concepts clearly and persuasively
Data-driven mindset with an eye for what's working — and what's not
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong collaborator and self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Passion for mentoring, enablement, and helping others achieve their best
