Responsibilities

This AM2 will monitor maintenance activities of their assigned phase bay and aircraft
The crew lead receives guidance and schedule requirements from the aircraft maintenance supervisor and production control manager
Assigns daily tasks to crew and monitors phase flow daily. Responsible for ensuring that the aircraft is completed on or ahead of schedule
Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects
Will be required to update aircraft status in applicable customer software applications
May be required to assist aircraft maintenance supervisor and fill in during their absence
Provides technical guidance to team mechanics

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Must possess or be able to obtain a secret clearance
Must have a thorough knowledge of MH47 aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting and repair procedures
General knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair
General knowledge of electrical and avionics procedures and operations
Requires thorough knowledge of technical publications
Must be knowledgeable with ACN electronic logbooks and Hydra applications
6 years of rotary wing aviation maintenance experience
Must have good leadership and team building skills, to include good written and verbal communication skills
Will be required to pass a basic physical to be qualified to operate equipment on the flight line and move aircraft as a part of a team
Must be able to move and climb in, on, and around aircraft
Must have own tools and toolbox
