Responsibilities
Engage with Customers: Greet and interact with potential and existing customers in a friendly, respectful, and approachable manner
Promote the Brand: Share our products and services with honesty and enthusiasm, focusing on how they provide value to the customer
Uphold Core Values: Integrity, Excellence, Connection, Purpose, and Craftsmanship
Gather and Share Feedback: Foster welcoming, inclusive environments where customers feel valued—at events
Support Event Operations: Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of materials as needed
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as directed by the Event Marketing Manager
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to represent the brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Comfortable engaging with customers in public, event-based environments
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local events as needed
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with event setup and breakdown
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
