A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
Minimum of 8 years' combined experience with sales/business development and Controls and Automation Systems is required
Strategic orientation with detailed knowledge of controls and automation products, services, and markets is required
Willingness to travel domestically is required
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and across organizational and international boundaries; Must be self-motivated with high energy drive and business acumen
Preferred
a degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation Engineering or a related Engineering field is preferred
Experience with control systems for rotating equipment sales and/or capital project business development is a plus
Familiar with industrial compressors, including an understanding of compressor performance and application principles is preferred
