Gathering requirements and supporting end-to-end delivery of insurance solutions

Strong experience in business process modeling, data flow diagrams, and workflow analysis

Experience in New Business, Policy Administration, and Claims processes

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Candidates need to be in and around or willing to relocate to any of the locations Hartford, CT, Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Richardson, TX and Tempe, AZ

At least 2 years of Information Technology experience

Experience in SDLC within the Group Benefits insurance domain

Experience on group benefits products like Group life, group disability, dental, vision, accident, volunteer benefits, critical illness etc

Strong experience in business process modeling, data flow diagrams, and workflow analysis

Experience in New Business, Policy Administration, and Claims processes

Excellent oral and written communication skills and stakeholder management experience
