Responsibilities
Coordinates safety training, new product in-services, maintains and administrates mandatory hospital training and updates department competencies
Serves as liaison between staff and management
Maintains daily office operations
Oversees the hospital staff and guest requests for maintenance
Works with Facilities Management Supervisors and Lead Engineers to assure work orders completion and requests closed in timely fashion
Provides user access and training to maintenance request software
Administrates the data management software for hospital facilities assets providing month-end statistics
Responsible for processing all invoicing
Updates Hospital square footage changes in departmental database
Assists COO with various tasks and assignments, takes minutes at assigned meetings
Covers administration area as required
Qualification
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferred
