Activities Registration Desk
Troon is excited to announce the opportunity for an Activities Desk Attendant at Sea Colony Recreational Association. The role involves providing superior customer service, managing registration for activities, and maintaining the retail area, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests and members.

Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of the Sea Colony Community and be available to refer guests and members to other Sea Colony locations
Market information on the daily activities and ongoing programs to our customers either in person or on the phone
Oversee registration for all pre-registered activities
Monitor all retail merchandise and keep the retail area clean and organized
Act as cashier for programs and retail
Assist front desk staff as needed
Greet all guests and check for proper membership identification
Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide administrative and clerical assistance to management as needed
Qualification
Required
Good communication and customer service skills required
Able to multitask and run an activity once given directions
