Senior Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers to introduce them to KeyMe's on-the-spot car key duplication service
Sales Generation: Educate customers on the benefits of our service and persuade them to purchase duplicate keys
Seamless Handoff: Once a sale is made, smoothly transition the customer to our technician for key duplication
Brand Promotion: Utilize promotional materials and giveaways to generate excitement and interest in KeyMe's services
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, such as tracking stock levels of key blanks, fobs, and other essential supplies
Marketing Support: Set up and break down marketing materials, flags, and signs
Customer Service Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any potential concerns

Travel: Able to commute to different retail locations
Mobility: Able to stand for long periods of time to engage with customers and walk from different sales and service locations within the parking lot/store
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule (off Monday & Tuesday)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
Must pass a background check
Willing to travel around the Orlando area
