Responsibilities

Manage all tasks related to the Accounts Payable process, including reviewing resolved invoices pending posting and investigating potential exceptions based on specific procedures

Review and address unpaid invoices to prevent delays, report payment-related problems, handle vendor inquiries efficiently, and alert the AP Supervisor or Manager when needed

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments and vendors, understanding the urgency and impact of issues on both parties

Collaborate with auditors, accountants, and management to provide necessary information regarding departmental activities and specific Accounts Payable requests
