Responsibilities
Manage RFQs, orders, and customer inquiries for house accounts
Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Shipping, Engineering, Sales) to meet customer needs
Monitor customer portals and provide timely updates
Support reporting, data analysis, and delivery tracking
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Preferred
Automotive or manufacturing experience
ERP/MRP system experience (JDE helpful)
