Responsibilities

Enter and analyze data related to building structures and systems

Respond to client requests for data updates, support, and configuration changes

Conduct phone interviews with clients to gather information on capital assets and input data into the AssetPlanner® software

Perform quality assurance reviews of building condition assessment data to ensure alignment with established standards

Review and input existing client data and documentation

Assist in developing client-facing reports and presentations

Support software implementation, including database configuration, client onboarding, and training sessions

Participate in software testing, provide enhancement suggestions, and report bugs

Required

College Degree

Engineering degree/certification a plus

Experience working with data in an analyst role

Background in facilities management, building science, or engineering is an asset

Experience in client or customer service roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office products

Experience with asset management software is an asset

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
