Responsibilities

Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values

Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution including:

CD maintenance

Sub accounts

Member disputes

Fraudulent transactions

Credit report reviews

New account maintenance

IRAs and HSAs

Opening new accounts with knowledge of account ownership, authorized signers, and supporting documentation required for all accounts, including business, trust, estate, guardianship, custodial, hardship, and representative payee accounts

Asking probing questions to identify member needs, educate members on financial services, cross sell credit union products and services, and direct members to other credit union representatives when appropriate
