Consistently models and manages the company's mission and philosophy of customer service and compliance
Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication within the office as well as with clients and field personnel. (The Mandated Reporter of the Office)
Oversees office payroll and billing processes
Maintains and tracks all consumer authorizations and eligibility
Facilitates communication with the office team to work through any challenges
Ensures initial and ongoing compliance with all applicable federal, state, and legal regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Experience in coordinating and overseeing branch operations
Ability to implement company processes and practices
Skills in formulating new strategies to improve branch performance
Experience in mentoring team members
Ability to increase the quality of customer services
Knowledge of company compliance requirements
Experience in implementing new practices
Effective communication skills within the office and with clients
