SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, operating in 64 countries. They are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to synthesize and map talent pools, utilize LinkedIn recruiter, and generate high-quality candidates for various searches.

Responsibilities
You’ll be tasked with generating names for a handful of open searches, reaching out to talent and screening them for the org. Searches will be across all levels and functions with emphasis at the Director, VP level and above
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
Minimum 5+ years of total professional experience as a sourcer
Minimum 1+ years of experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a Recruiting CRM tool (E.g. Gem) required
Batchelor's degree required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and growth-oriented personality
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate independently
Ability to translate a role visualization into talent pool hypotheses and generate high quality names
Sense of urgency, proactive delivery of communication and follow up
