Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the order cycle, including entry, maintenance, and confirmation

Ensure accuracy of pricing, terms, and shipping details in orders

Monitor and follow up on domestic orders to meet delivery timelines

Resolve disputes promptly and escalate when necessary

Communicate proactively with customers to meet service expectations

Collaborate with Credit, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales for on-time delivery

Handle assigned projects independently alongside daily tasks

Maintain compliance with company policies and standards

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of customer service or order management experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
