Regional Warehouse Manager
Capital Electric is an electrical products and services provider that operates across multiple states in the U.S. They are seeking a Regional Warehouse Manager to improve inventory accuracy, standardize warehouse practices, and drive efficiency across regional branches while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including, Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing, Quality Control checks, Shipping
Oversee paperwork trail and compliance for all warehouse activities
Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
Oversee cycle counting processes, review and research best practice implementation
Oversee customer claims process
Oversee disputed transfers
Establish and enforce SOP adherence across branches
Communicate job duties, priorities, and expectations clearly
Monitor compliance through observation and reporting; provide corrective feedback
Develop and deliver recurring training sessions on technology and process compliance
Demonstrate accountability by following through on commitments
Adapt to process changes and promote flexibility
Work independently while influencing cross-branch compliance
Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and trust
Share best practices region-wide and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Build consensus across branches and maintain productive relationships
Conduct LYTX compliance audits and classify events promptly
Track training completion and effectiveness metrics
Manage BeeLine or equivalent systems for temporary labor coordination
Support Project Logistics Services (PLS) including staging, storage, and specialized deliveries
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required
Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including multi-site or regional responsibility
Proven track record in inventory control, process standardization, and safety compliance
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
Familiarity with LYTX compliance tools and temporary labor management systems (e.g., BeeLine)
Strong ability to train, coach, and enforce SOPs across multiple locations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-branch collaboration
Ability to travel regionally up to 30–40%
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Physical ability to work in warehouse environments and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
