Productiv Inc. is seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Line Lead to oversee operations in one of their warehouse packaging areas. The Line Lead is responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, maintaining quality and efficiency, and supporting staff training.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures in the Production Department

Assist in executing the daily production schedule to maximize efficiency and quality

Organize, train, and support department personnel

Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and team members

Notify management if production specifications cannot be met

Review, check, and sign off on work completed by employees

Accurately process all paperwork on a daily basis

Monitor and communicate any safety concerns or non-compliance with safety procedures

Ensure employees follow all company rules and procedures on their designated line
